Ingredients:

  • Zucchini - 2-3 Pieces
  • Minced beef - 300 Grams
  • Onion - 1 Piece
  • Rice - 1/2 Cup
  • Tomato juice - 2 Tbsp. spoons
  • Ground black pepper - To taste
  • Utskho-suneli - 1 Teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 Teaspoons
  • Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. a spoon
  • Meat broth - 200 Milliliters
  • Hard cheese - 120 grams
  • Thyme - 1 Piece
  • Bay leaf - 1 piece
  • Dill - 1 Bunch

How to cook “Zucchini with delicious filling”

Prepare the necessary products. Rice boil in salted water (1 glass) until cooked, pour into a sieve, allow to cool. Wash the vegetables, peel the onions.

Chop onion, fry in warmed vegetable oil until soft, cool. Combine in a bowl minced meat, rice, onions, uzho-suneli, salt, pepper ground, tomato juice. Stir.

Cut the zucchini into halves. Make "boats", remove the core and seeds of zucchini with a tablespoon. Place the “boats” in a baking dish or deep pan.

Fill the boats with stuffing. In the form add broth, bay leaf and a twig of thyme, cover with foil. Put the zucchini with the filling baked in a preheated 180 ° C oven for 35 minutes.
