How to cook "Soup with wheat croup on chicken broth"

1. A broth for such a soup can be prepared from any meat according to your desire. I chose chicken legs. Bring to the boil the broth, remove the foam, reduce fire, add salt and spices to taste and cook for about 40 minutes.

2. Cut the potatoes into cubes and send to the broth when the meat is ready.

3. Rinse the groats (I used "Artek") and send immediately, after boiling potatoes. In the meantime, make a toast.

4. I fry onions and carrots in butter (you can use vegetable oil). Fry until golden brown and send to boiling broth. Now simmer the soup over low heat.

5. At the very end, add greens (I used green onions and dill). Groats are cooked as much as potatoes (if you like boiled).
