Fried beef with cilantro and ginger

INGREDIENTS

  • 450-500 г pulp of beef (fillet, knuckle, rump)
  • 1 beam cilantro
  • 2 tbsp. vegetable (peanut) oil
  • 3-4 garlic cloves
  • 1 / 4 tsp flakes of hot pepper or to taste
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 / 2 lime juice
  • piece of ginger length 5 cm

STEP-BY-STEP PREPARATION FOR PREPARATION

Step 1

Slice the beef across the fibers in thin slices, then strips.

Kinzu wash, dry, remove rough stems and cut. Mix the meat with cilantro and 1 st.l. oil and, if time permits, put it in the refrigerator for about an hour.

Ginger cut into thin strips, garlic - finely.

Preheat a wok or a large frying pan over high heat, 3-4 minutes. Reduce heat to medium, pour in oil and rotate the pan so that the oil is evenly distributed. Add the garlic as soon as it starts to change color (15 sec.), Again increase the fire to the maximum, put meat in the frying pan. Stir quickly and add hot pepper. Fry the meat, often, but not constantly, stirring until the meat changes color. Add the ginger, mix. After 1-2 minutes pour in soy sauce and lime juice. Stir again and serve immediately.
