Yeast pancakes with milk

Add dough and remaining flour and knead to a light dough. Stir it for about 10 minutes, if using a mixer, 5 minutes is enough. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and set to rise for an additional hour.

Step 6

Preheat oven to 90 ° C. Heat a non-stick skillet over a slightly above medium heat and brush lightly with melted butter. Pour a little dough into the skillet and bake thin pancakes on both sides. Transfer the finished pancakes to a dish or pancake maker, grease with oil and keep in a preheated oven.
