Lagman in the multivariate

Lagman is both the first and the second. Intense taste is its distinguishing feature. Most often, lagman is cooked in a cauldron, but I suggest you cook lagman in multivark.

Description of preparation:

There are innumerable varieties of lagman cooking. I offer you a recipe for lagman, which I tried in the Crimea. It is a little different from the classic recipe, but the beauty of this dish is that you can cook it from the vegetables that you like. This step-by-step lagman recipe in the multivarker will suit newcomers too - photos and detailed descriptions will make the cooking process quite simple, so that even an inexperienced cook can cook the dish. Ingredients:

  • Meat - 500 Grams (lamb, pork or beef)
  • Onions - 3 Pieces
  • Bulgarian pepper - 2 Pieces (better - different colors)
  • Carrots - 2 Pieces
  • Potatoes - 3 Pieces
  • Eggplant - 1 Piece (or zucchini)
  • Tomato - 3 Pieces
  • Garlic - 3 Cloves
  • Greens - - To taste (required - cilantro)
  • Vegetable oil - 3 Tbsp. spoons
  • Noodles - 400 Grams (ideally - special lagman noodles, but if not, any will do)
  • Pepper - - To taste
  • Salt - - To taste
  • Spices - - To taste

How to cook "Lagman in a multivariate"

First you need to cook the noodles. In a bowl multivarka put noodles, pour boiling water. Select the "Soup" mode. The cooking time is 20 minutes. At the end of the program, drain the water, remove the noodles.

Meat is washed, dried, cut into cubes of medium size.

Peel onion, cut into cubes.

Garlic clean, chop finely.

Wash carrots, clean, cut into strips.

Pepper Bulgarian washed, peeled from seeds, cut into strips

Wash potatoes, peel, cut into cubes.

Eggplant wash, cut into cubes.

Wash tomatoes, cut into cubes.

Wash greens, dry, chop finely.

At the multivarka select the "Baking" mode. Pour in the bowl of multivarka sunflower oil. Add meat, fry well.

Add the onions and garlic to the fried meat. Then add all the cut vegetables.

Change the multivariate mode to "Quenching". Pour the ingredients with water so that it covers them completely. Add salt, pepper, spices, half chopped greens. The cooking time is 30 minutes.

To serve it is necessary so - in a plate put noodles, from above lay out meat with vegetables, sprinkle with greens. Bon Appetit!
