Step 1

Dip each cutlet in flour, shake off the excess; transfer to the egg mixture, roll, shake off the excess; transfer to crackers, roll, shake off excess. Deep-fry the prepared cutlets until they are dense golden brown. Place on crumpled paper towels to drain excess oil before serving.
