Turkey with pineapple

This dish goes well with white rice or other cereals. You can also serve turkey as a stew with white bread for dinner. With vegetables, you can also experiment, add your favorite. Some cooks replace pineapples with apples, with which the turkey is also quite well combined.

Ingredients:

  • Turkey - 50 Grams
  • Pineapples - 1 Piece (bank)
  • Onion - 2 Pieces
  • Green pepper - 1 Piece
  • Dry white wine - 200 Milliliters
  • Tomato Paste - 3 Teaspoons
  • Flour - 1 Art. a spoon
  • Vegetable oil - 2 Tbsp. spoons
  • Water - 100 Milliliters
  • Dried mint - 1 Tbsp. a spoon
  • Salt - To taste
  • Pepper - To taste

How to cook Pineapple Turkey

Wash meat, pat dry with a paper towel and cut into cubes. Add salt, pepper and a spoonful of flour.

Peel the onion and cut into half rings. Wash pepper, remove seeds and cut into strips. With pineapples, merge the marinade.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the meat. When the meat is browned, add the chopped onion. Cook until the onion is golden.

Add wine, wait for a while until alcohol evaporates. Dilute a cup of water tomato paste and add to the turkey. Stew the stew on a small fire for 40 minutes.

After 20 minutes after the start of cooking, add pieces of pineapple and pepper. If the sauce is too thick, add a little water.
