Beef tongue

Today I want to share my favorite recipe for jellies, which consists of beef tongue, canned corn and peas. Snack turns out incredibly bright, festive and very tasty!

Description of preparation:

Most of the jellies are cooked on flat plates, spreading stuffing, cut into thin slices, and pouring everything with broth with a divorced gelatin. But also a very original snack is obtained, if the whole stuffing is cut into cubes, put in a beautiful bowl and pour broth. This snack can be prepared for each guest and give each one his portion. You can even hang an original label! I am sure that all guests will like this appetizer and the way it is served. And they will definitely ask you for a recipe, how to prepare a beef from a beef tongue.

Ingredients:

  • Beef tongue - 200 gram
  • Canned corn - 100 Grams
  • Canned peas - 100 grams
  • Broth - 1 Glass
  • Gelatin - 1 Art. the spoon
  • Salt - To taste
  • Greens - To taste (for garnish)

How to prepare "Beef tongue"

Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Beef tongue boil in salted water for 2 hours. Then dip it in cold water for a few minutes. This will easily remove the skin from the tongue. Cut the cleaned tongue with a small cube.

Soak gelatin in warm broth, which remained after cooking the tongue.

Mix the chopped tongue, canned peas and corn.

Spread the resulting mixture over small pials.

Swell the gelatin on low heat, but do not bring it to the boil. You can send the liquid into the microwave for 1 minute. Pour broth over the bowls. Send the refill to the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

Before serving, decorate with parsley and berries. Eat with pleasure!
