How to cook "Turkish delight at home"

1. Sugar, water and citrus acid, combine and put on fire. Separately, combine the starch and half a cup of water. Remove hot syrup from the heat and pour it into the starch in a thin trickle. Bring it back to the fire and give it a little respect.

2. When the consistency becomes like this, thick and plastic, remove from heat.

3. Add the dye and flavor. In this case it is 2 tablespoons of pink syrup and rose water. Stir thoroughly until smooth. Warm another minute at minimum heat.

4. Sprinkle the desktop with starch, lay the lukum and smooth it. If there are forms, you can use them. Leave to cool for a couple of hours. Then sprinkle the top with starch and gently cut into cubes.
