  • Eggs - 5 Pieces
  • Onions - 1/2 Pieces
  • Garlic - 2-3 Cloves
  • Ginger - 1 Piece
  • Green onion - 1 Bunch
  • Corn starch - 4 Art. spoons
  • Sugar - 2 Tbsp. spoons
  • Porcini mushrooms - 5-6 pieces
  • Salt, pepper - To taste

How to cook "Pita of pita with minced meat"

1. Mix in the bowl minced meat, finely chopped onion, garlic, ginger, green onions, sugar, starch, toasted chopped mushrooms and beat three eggs.
