Tartlets with pâté and mushrooms

Preparing for the next holiday, I am looking for light and hearty snacks that can be quickly "assembled" in front of the table. One of these options is tartlets. Today they have me with pâté and mushrooms!

So, now I will tell you how to prepare tartlets with pâté and mushrooms. The first thing I want to pay attention to is the choice of pâté. For this appetizer any meat (chicken, goose, quail, pork, beef, etc.) or liver pate will suit. I do not advise taking fish, it does not combine with mushrooms. Now the choice of mushrooms, it all depends on what kind of mushrooms you grow. At me a choice small: mushrooms or oyster mushrooms, others are not present. Another plus of these varieties is that they quickly fry.

Ingredients:

  • Tartlets - 15 Pieces
  • Pate - 250 grams (I have quail meat)
  • Oyster mushrooms - 250 gram
  • Onion - 1 Piece (you can do without it)
  • Mayonnaise - To taste
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. spoons (for frying mushrooms)
  • Greens - To taste (dill or parsley)
  • Salt, ground black pepper - To taste

How to cook "Tartlets with pate and mushrooms"

1. So, prepare the products. For tartlets, the pate should be soft, so remove it from the fridge beforehand. Wash the mushrooms. Add a bow or not - it's up to you. I always put one thing, it's more delicious.

2. Oyster mushrooms cut into smallest cubes. Also cut the onions.

3. On vegetable oil fry onion and mushrooms until cooked. Salt to taste, add ground pepper a couple of pinch.

4. Tartlets, fill it with two-thirds of the quail meat pate.

5. Top with a teaspoon (with a slide) of mushroom filling.

6. Pour mayonnaise. I have homemade mayonnaise with garlic.

7. Garnish with greenery.

8. Tartlets with pie and mushrooms are ready! Right on the table I decorated the berries of a Kalina snack, it turned out elegantly and delicious! Treat your guests!
