Cheese Soup with Green Peas

Ingredients:

  • Water - 2 Liters
  • Onion - 1 Piece
  • Carrots - 1 Piece
  • Potatoes - 3 Pieces
  • Processed cheese - 1 Piece
  • Green peas - 150 Grams
  • Noodles - 150 Grams
  • Vegetable oil - 2 Tbsp. spoons
  • Salt - 0.5 Teaspoons
  • Pepper - 1 Pinch

How to make Green Pea Cheese Soup

For the preparation of cheese soup with green peas, prepare all the necessary ingredients.

Put the pot of water on the fire, bring to a boil and add chopped potatoes and noodles in small pieces.

Wash the carrots well under running water, peel and grate on a medium or fine grater. Peel the onion and chop finely. Put vegetables in a well-heated pan with vegetable oil and fry them for 8-10 minutes, stirring constantly.

Put the vegetables in a saucepan, mix gently and cook for 5-10 minutes.

Rinse green peas under clean water and add to soup, cook for 3-4 minutes.

Grate the melted cheese on a fine grater. Previously, it can be put in the freezer, then it will be much easier to do. Gently put the cheese in the soup and cook for another 8-10 minutes, stirring constantly.
