Solyanka like in a restaurant

Solyanka is a dish that is not often eaten. But occasionally you can afford this tasty, hearty soup with an abundance of sausages and meat. Today we are preparing a hodgepodge for everyone the rules that are served in the restaurant.

Solyanka is certainly a delicious and aromatic dish. At the same time, any sausages, sausages, ham, boiled pork and any meat can be used for its preparation. It is prepared simply and relatively quickly, but it turns out no worse than in a restaurant. Salt the soup a bit, given that there is enough salt in the sausage.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken drumsticks - 2 Pieces
  • Milk sausages - 3 Pieces
  • Raw smoked sausage - 150 Gram
  • Salami - 150 Grams
  • Pickled cucumber - 1 Piece (large)
  • Tomato paste - 1 tbsp a spoon
  • Sunflower oil - 20 Milliliters
  • Onion - 1 Piece
  • Olives - 10 Pieces (without pits)
  • Bay leaf - 1 piece
  • Salt - To taste
  • Ground black pepper - To taste

How to cook "Solyanka like in a restaurant"

Prepare the ingredients for the hodgepodge.

Wash the chicken drumsticks, put in a pan and fill with water. Place the pot on the stove.

Bring to a boil, reduce the heat and remove the foam. Cook the drumsticks until tender.

Chop onions and pickles finely and put in a pan with sunflower oil.

Add tomato paste. Pour in 30 ml. water or broth and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.

Remove the chicken from the broth, separate the pulp from the bones and skin. Strain the broth. Add to it a frying of onions, cucumber and tomato paste.

Cut sausages and sausages.

Put in a pan.

Add chopped boiled chicken.

Add salt and pepper, add bay leaf.

Cook the soup for 10 minutes. Add the olives at the end.

Solyanka is ready in a restaurant. Add a slice of lemon to each plate and serve.
