Salad with champignons and pickles

Ingredients:

  • Champignons - 200 Grams
  • Beef - 150 Grams
  • Potatoes - 2 Pieces
  • Pickled cucumber - 2 pieces
  • Allspice peas - 3 Pieces
  • Bay leaf - 1 piece
  • Sour cream - 3 Art. spoons
  • Mustard - 0,5 Tbsp. spoons
  • Salt - To taste
  • Dill - 1 Bunch
  • Ground black pepper - To taste

How to cook "Salad with mushrooms and pickles"

Cucumber chop cubes.

Boil washed potatoes in uniform. Then clean it, cool and chop it.

Clean and rinse the mushrooms.

Boil a large amount of water. Add meat to it. Boil it for 1 hours. Then add to it mushrooms, bay leaf and pepper. Boil the ingredients together for 15 minutes.

Diced meat cut into cubes. Add it with mushrooms and chopped dill in a salad.

Season the salad with mustard, salt, pepper and sour cream. Enjoy your meal!
