Chicken liver and apple salad

Apples in this salad can be replaced with solid pears or nectarines.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken Liver - 300 Grams
  • Apples - 2 Pieces (medium sweet and sour)
  • Onion - 1 Piece
  • Peanuts - 1/2 Cup (roasted, salted)
  • Lingonberries mashed with sugar - 1 tbsp. a spoon
  • Soy sauce - 2 Tbsp. spoons
  • Lemon Juice - 1 Teaspoon
  • Sugar - 1 Teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. a spoon
  • Black Pepper - To taste
  • Chili Flakes - To taste

How to cook "Salad with chicken liver and apple"

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Apples cut into slices and fry in hot oil to a light blush. Put in a spacious bowl.

Onions cut feathers and fry in the same oil until golden brown. Spread to apples.

Carefully free the chicken livers from the ducts and films, rinse with cold water and pat dry. Cut into large pieces and fry in the remaining oil in a frying pan until golden brown. Make sure that the liver inside remains pink and juicy.

Mix soy sauce with cranberry puree, add lemon juice, sugar, chili flakes. Stir.

Put warm liver in a bowl for apples and onions. Add the peanuts and pour in the sauce. Mix it gently with two spoons, as long as you don’t crush the apple slices.

Serve the salad warm by putting it on the lettuce leaves and garnishing with the cranberry mash. Or cool and serve later.

Cooking tip:

If you wish, you can add a little parmesan cut into the salad.
