Salad "First Love"

I do not know where the name of this salad "First Love" came from, but there is no doubt that it can become one the first time. The salad is delicious, tender and easy to prepare.

Description of preparation:

If you want to cook a beautiful, refined dish, prepare the First Love salad. It is prepared very simply and quickly enough. This salad is sure to appeal to everyone.

Ingredients:

  • Egg - 3 Pieces (boiled)
  • Chicken fillet - 200 grams (boiled)
  • Champignons - 200 Grams (fresh or canned)
  • Onions - 1 Piece (small size)
  • Soy sauce - 3 Tbsp. spoons
  • Walnut Kernels - 30 Grams
  • Cheese - 100 Grams
  • Garlic - 1-2 Cloves
  • Mayonnaise - 100 Grams
  • Vegetable oil - 1-2 Art. spoons

How to make “First Love Salad”

Prepare the ingredients.

Fry the mushrooms with onions in a pan with a small amount of vegetable oil.

At the end of frying pour in soy sauce, fry until the liquid evaporates.

Grate the cheese, chop the garlic, add the mayonnaise.

Combine cheese, garlic and mayonnaise until smooth.

Peel the eggs, grate the protein on a coarse grater, grate the yolk on a fine grater.

Finely chop the boiled meat.

You can collect the salad in a large salad bowl in layers or make a cocktail salad, or you can, as in this case, in the salad ring. Put the fried champignons in the first layer.

Brush a layer of mushrooms with mayonnaise.

Lay out a layer of boiled chicken.

Lubricate with mayonnaise.

Add chopped walnut kernels to the salad.

Put the cheese-garlic mass in the next layer.

Put grated egg white, grease with mayonnaise.

The last layer is crushed egg yolk.

You can decorate the salad with a whole walnut kernel, mushrooms, herbs, egg yolk scattering.

Another option for decorating the salad is with a walnut kernel and young basil leaves. The salad turns out to be beautiful, tasty and very satisfying, such a salad can easily replace a full dinner.
