Ingredients:

  • Fillet of pink salmon - 350-400 grams

  • Pickled cucumbers - 3-4 pieces
  • Tomato paste - 1 tbsp a spoon
  • Allspice peas - 3-4 Pieces

  • Bay leaf - 2 pieces

How to cook "Fish hodgepodge"

1. Prepare the necessary ingredients.

2. Boil pink salmon with allspice in a liter of water until tender.

3. Cut the potatoes with a medium dice.

4. Chop the onion into a small cube and fry until half cooked.

5. Add tomato paste and heat for 3 minutes.

6. Cut the cucumbers into small cubes. Transfer to a saucepan, fill with brine to cover the cucumbers and bring to a boil, hold for 3 minutes and remove.

7. Strain the finished broth, disassemble the fish into large pieces. Bring the broth to the boil and add the potatoes. Cook until cooked.

8. When the potatoes are ready, enter the boiled pink salmon, peeled herring, onions with tomato. Bring to a boil.

9. Add cucumbers, bay leaf, mix and bring to a boil again.

10. Turn off the heat, cover and leave for 20 minutes. After you can serve with herbs and sour cream. Have a nice day!
