Pie with heart inside

Offal pies are loved by many. I suggest to bake a fragrant juicy pie on intersnom sand-sour cream dough with braised heart and greens. Will be well oh-very tasty!

Description of preparation:

Chopped shortbread dough is very convenient to do in the combine: quickly, efficiently and hands are clean! Most often, shortbread dough is made with butter, but it is also possible to combine several fats (both animal and vegetable fats). Look for your taste!

Ingredients:

  • Pork Heart - 2 Pieces
  • Onions - 2 Pieces
  • Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. a spoon
  • Green onion - 1/2 Bunch
  • Green garlic - 1/2 Bunch
  • Ramson - 1/2 Bunch
  • Wheat flour / grade - 1,5 Glasses
  • Oat bran - 3 tbsp. spoons
  • Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Ghee butter - 2 tbsp. spoons
  • Lard - 2 Art. spoons
  • Egg - 1 Piece
  • Sour cream - 2-3 Art. spoons
  • Black Pepper - To taste

How to cook "Pie with a heart inside"

Wash hearts well, dry and coarsely chop them.

Put the multicooker in the bowl, add the oil and fry to a blush. Add chopped onion and fry to gold. Pour half a glass of boiling water and simmer for about half an hour until soft. Salt and pepper to taste. Cool it down.

In pulse mode, punch the stew heart with a blender into a large crumb.

Mix with finely chopped green onions, garlic and wild garlic. The filling is ready.

To test the sifted flour with bran, salt and baking powder pour into the bowl of the combine. Add ghee and lard. Punch in pulse mode into a crumb.

Add sour cream and egg.

Punch before collecting the dough into a ball. Wrap in foil and refrigerate for 20 minutes.

Roll out half the dough into a round layer about a centimeter thick. Put in the form, lifting the edges of the bumpers.

Place the filling on top and wrap the excess edges on it. Grease the edges with an egg.

Roll out the second half of dough to fit. Make a few cuts and transfer the dough to the cake.

Edge well, tack, grease the cake with an egg.

Bake the cake in an oven preheated to 200 until golden brown. Take out the cake on the rack and cool a little.

Serve warm. Cold cake is also delicious.
