Sandwich baskets with cream of cream

Description: Who among us in childhood did not like the delicious baskets, who did not dream to get a coin and run to the nearest cookery to taste this fantastic treat.
The recipe for sandbasket I found on the Internet a few years ago and since then I use it with unchanged pleasure. The recipe is so simple that it can be cooked with great success together with children, and with filler-layer and cream you can experiment endlessly. Today, for the decoration of baskets, I use airy strawberry creams that can be quickly and easily prepared with a whipped cream substitute with HAAS strawberry flavor.

Ingredients for "Sand baskets with cream cream":

Baskets

  • Butter

    - 50 g

  • Margarine

    - 100 g

  • Sugar

    - 100 g

  • Vanillin

    (HAAS)

    - 1 package.

  • egg yolk

    - 2 pcs

  • Cream

    (with a small slide)

    - 1 st. l.

  • Salt

    - 1 pinch.

  • Wheat flour /
    Flour

    (2 cup)

    - 330 g

  • Baking Powder

    (HAAS)

    - 1 tsp.

  • Jam

    (for a layer, you can use confiture, jam. I have a fresh strawberry rub.)

    - 150 g

Cream

  • Powder mixture

    (a substitute for whipped cream with HAAS strawberry flavor)

    - 2 package.

  • Milk

    - 200 ml

 

 

Recipe "Sand baskets with cream cream":

Margarine and butter at room temperature are mixed with sugar, add vanillin and whisk until smooth light weight.

 

Then add the yolks, continue to whisk, then add 1 a tablespoon of sour cream with a small slide, whisk.

 

Mix flour with baking powder.

 

Sift half the flour into a creamy mass, add a pinch of salt and whisk. As soon as the flour intervenes, add the second part of the flour and mix it properly. If you do not have a mixer for kneading a steep dough, mix the dough properly with a spoon and then put it out with your hands.

 

Finished dough wrapped in food film and put into the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Turn on the oven to warm up at a temperature of 180 degrees.

 

After 30 minutes we take the dough from the refrigerator. We divide the dough into parts and begin to fill them with metal molds. Forms do not need to be lubricated, since the dough is oil enough. Take a piece of dough and distribute it on the mold with your fingers. The bottom of the basket is pierced with a fork.

 

We bake baskets at a temperature of 170-180 degrees about 20 minutes. Focus on your oven.
We remove the prepared baskets from the oven, cool it for a couple of minutes in molds and carefully take it out of the molds. We put it on the grate until it cools down completely.

 

At the bottom of the basket lay out confiture, jam or jam. I used a fresh strawberry rub.

 

We prepare an air cream cream. The contents of a single bag of whipped cream substitute with strawberry flavor, mix thoroughly with 100 ml of chilled milk and beat with a mixer until it increases in volume and thickens. Cream easily whisk, are light and airy, keep their shape on the baskets the next day and do not flow. In the photo you see the volume, whipped from one sachet. In total, to decorate 10 baskets, I needed two packages of cream substitute.
