Peruvian soup with vegetables and beans

  • Olive oil - 1 tbsp. a spoon
  • Green Onions - 1 Bunch
  • Sweet Perey - 2 Pieces
  • Carrots - 5-6 Pieces
  • Curly Parsley - 1 Bunch
  • Zucchini - 2 Pieces
  • Canned Tomatoes - 500 Grams
  • Black beans - 300 Grams
  • Quinoa - 1/2 Glasses
  • Water - 6 Glasses
  • Salt and Spices - To taste

Servings: 6-8

How to cook "Peruvian soup with vegetables and beans"

1. Wash, dry and chop the onions.

2. Finely chop the sweet pepper.

3. Grind the peeled carrots.

4. And greenery.

5. Cut the zucchini into cubes.

6. Rinse and dry the beans.

7. Heat the vegetable oil in a saucepan. Put the green onions and fry 3-4 minutes. After add the sweet pepper, carrots.
