Multicooked Vegetable Soup

Description of preparation:

Since the vegetables are young and fresh, the taste of the finished dish is wonderful. If you cook such a soup in winter or spring, you can add bay leaf, spicy herbs and allspice. Spices fill the dish with aromas and taste.

Ingredients:

  • Onion - 1 Piece
  • Carrots - 1 Piece
  • Potatoes - 3 Pieces
  • Sweet pepper - 1 Piece
  • Tomato - 2 Pieces
  • Garlic - 1-2 Cloves
  • Asparagus Beans - 1 Bunch
  • Green onion - 1 Bunch
  • Salt - 1 Pinch
  • Black pepper - To taste
  • Water - 1,5 Liters

How to cook "Vegetable soup in a slow cooker"

Prepare the ingredients.

Finely chop the onion, cut the carrots into strips. Pour onions and carrots into a slow cooker.

Add chopped potatoes.

Cut the asparagus beans into pieces and pour into a slow cooker. Add chopped bell peppers.

Next, put the tomatoes and garlic.

It remains to pour water, salt and pepper. Turn on the multicooker for 45 minutes in soup mode (or cook).

Vegetable soup is ready. Add green onions and serve. Optionally, add a spoonful of olive oil to a bowl of soup.
