Many stubbornly ignore the wonderful way to get rid of stress, which is extremely necessary for the person who spends most of the day in the big city. Daily communication, social networks, work is the main reason why many people want to hide in a corner and sit in silence by the end of the day. By the way, for meditation it is not at all necessary to allocate a separate place, you can "get over it" right at the workplace, spending only a few minutes a day on unity with your thoughts, this will be enough so that the level of stress does not go through the roof.

Walk alone or with friends

Outside, summer, and when, if not now, go out into the countryside or just go for a walk. There is an important point: the walk should take place in a calm green place, a shopping trip is not a walk as such. Choose a day free from business, calls and social networks, invite a friend, grab a bike and go to the nearest park. If you do not always have time for long walks, it will be enough an hour several times a week to go out, breathe air and put your thoughts in order.

Do not starve

The frantic rhythm of life often does not allow a normal snack, let alone a full meal. And yet, to ensure normal functioning, it is necessary to eat properly and at least three times a day. If you understand that a full meal will not be soon, take time at least for a healthy snack, which can be nuts, fresh fruits and vegetables. Avoid the harmful bars that many office workers love so much: a large amount of carbohydrates has not yet brought anyone benefit and a boost of energy.

Sleep at night

As we have already said, a big city requires a constant presence in the event, there is not enough time not only for food but also for sleep: often many things have to be solved at night, when no one bothers. However, for full functioning, our body needs to rest for at least 7 hours a day, otherwise expect disruptions and various unpleasant symptoms of overload.

More water

Water is your natural fuel. We all need to maintain water balance, the differences are only in the amount of water consumption. Refuse carbonated and sugary drinks that will only damage the stomach and bring extra pounds, and with them an additional upset. If you begin to feel weak, it is possible that you have lost a lot of water and the body needs to be replenished. Be mindful of your body.

Eyes need rest

As you know, most of the information we get through vision. With an overload of information, ongoing headaches begin that may haunt you for a long time. All you need to do in this situation is to take breaks during the day. Allocate at least 15 minutes per hour to distract from the screen of a computer or smartphone. Bury your eyes and sit for a few minutes, do a relaxing exercise. By the end of the week you will cease to experience pulling pains in your temples and you will feel a surge of strength.
