Ingredients:

  • Beef tenderloin - 500 Grams
  • Chickpeas - 1/2 Cup
  • Shallots - 4 Pieces
  • Garlic - 4 Cloves
  • Carrots - 1 Piece
  • Olives - 7-10 Pieces
  • Red bell pepper - 1/2 Piece
  • Yellow bell pepper - 1/2 Piece
  • Cherry tomatoes - 6-7 Pieces
  • Salt, spices - To taste

How to cook "Meat in a tagine"

Whisk wash and soak in cold water overnight. Then he quickly cooked. If you do not have chickpeas at hand, then use plain peas or beans.

Cover the tarin with a lid. Preheat the oven to one hundred and eighty degrees. Put the tazhin into it and bake the dish for three hours. Serve it hot.
