  • Mushrooms - 400 Grams
  • Meat - 500 Grams (pork or beef)
  • Cheese - 200 Grams
  • Onions - 1-2 Pieces
  • Carrots - 1 Piece
  • Potatoes - 2-3 Pieces
  • Pickled cucumbers - 1-2 Pieces
  • Bay leaf - 3 pieces
  • Black peppercorns - 1 Pinch
  • Salt - 1 Teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. a spoon

How to cook "Meat in pots with mushrooms and cheese"

1. Mushrooms rinse under running water, drain. Add to the pan with water, bring to a boil and cook for 15 minutes. Drain the water, put mushrooms to cool.

2. Cut the onion either half-rings, or into small pieces, as you like. Put onion in a frying pan with vegetable oil and put on medium heat, fry for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Then add the mushrooms to the onions and continue frying all together for another X minutes.

3. Cut the meat into small pieces. Carrots are washed, peeled and rubbed on a medium grater. In a separate frying pan pour a little vegetable oil and put the meat with carrots, put on medium fire. Fry the meat with carrots until half-ready, about minutes 10-15.

4. While everything is ready, grate the cheese on any of the largest graters. Put it in a separate plate, it will be needed later.

5. Rinse the potatoes, peel them, cut into small cubes or circles. Put on the bottom of the pot, pre-lubricated with a small amount of vegetable oil.

6. The next layer is necessary to decompose the fried with carrots meat. Gently distribute it around the perimeter of the pot.

7. Next comes a layer of fried mushrooms with onions, and carefully distribute them along the pot. Top with a salted cucumber, cut into rings.

8. The final layer will again be from the potato. The main thing is that all the ingredients fit into the pot, if desired, you can slightly crush everything with your hand. Now all must be filled with chicken broth or plain water. Top with bay leaf and pepper. Preheat the oven to 180-200 degrees and send the pot into it for about half an hour. Do not forget to close it with a lid.

9. Take out the pot from the oven, and sprinkle all the previously grated cheese on top. And send to the oven for another 7-8 minutes.
