Ingredients:

  • Chicken breast - 1 Piece (without skin)
  • Dried apricots - 75 Grams
  • Parsley - 1 Bunch
  • Basil - 1 Bunch
  • Parmesan - 30 Grams
  • Garlic - 2 Cloves
  • Olive Oil - 100 Milliliters
  • Salt, pepper - To taste

How to cook "Chicken roll with dried apricots and pesto"

Chicken breast wash and dry with paper towels. Strip it from the films. Cut lengthwise into thin slices. Beat each piece of fillet, salt with salt and pepper.

In a small container mix chopped parsley and basil, passed through a press garlic, add grated Parmesan and pour it all with olive oil. Stir thoroughly. This will be your pesto sauce. Spoon a sauce on each piece of the bird, properly level.
