Chicken pie in a pot

This dish is very convenient to serve each guest separately. You can use any vegetables that you have for the season or you prefer. And you know how to cook a chicken pie in a pot?

Description of preparation:

It looks delicious and original, and it's easy to make a dish. I like to make it in summer or spring, when there are already young vegetables, but you can do with frozen ones. Suitable large pieces or small, just cut the meat in accordance with the proportions. Here any refractory shapes of a small size will do.

Ingredients:

  • Broccoli - 200 Grams
  • Carrots - 2 Pieces
  • Celery stalk - 0,5 Pieces
  • Pearl Bow - 6 Pieces
  • Potatoes - 2 Pieces
  • Flour - 1,5 Glasses
  • Chicken Broth - 3 Glasses
  • Water - 0,5 Glasses
  • Chicken fillet - 2 Pieces
  • Thyme - 1 Piece
  • Garlic - 4 Cloves
  • Olive oil - 3 tbsp. spoons
  • Salt, pepper - To taste

How to cook "Chicken pie in a pot"

1. Prepare the vegetables: peel the pearl onions, peel the carrots and potatoes, cut them into small pieces, rip the leaves off a sprig of thyme, cut small pieces of celery stalk. Disassemble on inflorescences of broccoli, chop garlic.

2. In a bowl, mix an 1 glass of flour with an 0,5 glass of water, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 a teaspoon of salt, knead the dough and add the remaining flour as needed. Send the dough for 30 minutes to the refrigerator, wrapping the film.

3. Cut chicken fillets into pieces, season with salt and pepper.

4. Heat the pan with the remaining oil and lay the meat, fry it until cooked, then remove it on a plate.

5. Return the pan after the meat with all the juices back to the fire, add the garlic, onions and carrots. Fry the vegetables for 2-3 minutes.

6. Add celery, potatoes and broccoli, season with salt and pepper to taste, cook for a couple of minutes.

7. Periodically stir vegetables and cook for a couple of minutes.

8. Return to the pan to vegetables chicken, add thyme, pour 3 glasses of broth. After boiling, reduce the heat and cook for 3-5 minutes.

9. Sprinkle the countertop with flour and lay out the dough, roll it into a layer, but not very thin. Lay the pot and cut it a little more than it so that you can make a "cover" for it.

10. Spread the vegetables along the pots with the broth and cover with dough lids. Lubricate the dough with vegetable oil and make small holes.

11. Bake in a preheated 180-200 oven for about 20-30 minutes. Bon Appetit!
