Chicken cutlets with mustard

Ingredients:

  • Chicken fillet - 500 Grams
  • Onion - 1 Piece
  • Garlic - 2 Cloves
  • White bread - 80 grams
  • Mustard - 1 Teaspoon
  • Mayonnaise - 1 Tbsp. a spoon
  • Salt - 1 Teaspoon
  • Sunflower oil - 50 Milliliters
  • Breadcrumbs - 80 Grams

How to cook "Chicken cutlets with mustard"

Chicken fillet, peeled onions and garlic wash. Pour white bread or a loaf with boiled water, after five minutes, squeeze off water. Pass through the meat grinder fillets, onions, garlic and a loaf. Add mayonnaise and mustard.

Mince salt and mix thoroughly.

Form the cutlets. Roll them in breadcrumbs or bread crumbs.

Pour in the frying pan the sunflower oil, warm up and lay the cutlets.

Fry on both sides until golden brown.

Cutlets are ready.
