Chicken in Italian (Cacciatore)

Ingredients:

  • Chicken Meat - 500 Grams (breast, fillet or thigh)
  • Onion - 150 Grams
  • Garlic - 4 Cloves
  • Canned tomatoes - 200 Gram
  • Tomato puree (juice) - 200 Milliliters
  • Dried Basil - 1 Teaspoon
  • Fresh rosemary - 1 Piece (or oregano)
  • Salt - To taste
  • Olive oil - 3 tbsp. spoons
  • Ground pepper - To taste

How to cook "Chicken in Italian (Cacciatore)"

Prepare the necessary products. Chicken meat cut into cubes, pepper and salt to taste, pour olive oil. Onions, garlic, peel.

Heat the oil in the frying pan with aromatic herbs, fry the chicken pieces on 3-4 minutes from each side to a crispy crust. Lay out the meat for a while on the plate.
