Roast on home with chicken

Here I want to tell you how to cook a roast at home with a chicken. It's easier than it seems. All the ingredients are fried, and then mixed and stewed! A great option for dinner or dinner.

  • Fatty pork - 150 grams (or the same amount of sausages, bacon, bacon)

  • Onion - 1 Piece
  • Bulgarian pepper - 1-2 Pieces
  • Sour cream - 1 Glass
  • Spices - To taste
  • Greens - To taste
  • Water - To taste (if it burns, add to a saucepan)

How to cook "Roast at home with chicken"

1. Onions and carrots fry in vegetable oil until rouge.

2. Now for a while we put them on a plate, and in a frying pan first fry the legs on all sides on high heat, and then the meat, cut into pieces. Spices add to taste.

3. Next in the same frying pan fry the potatoes. We shall salivate to taste. It is not necessary to cook until ready, but the crust should appear on meat, chicken, and potatoes.

4. Now put everything in the pot in layers: onions and carrots on the bottom, then meat and chicken, then potatoes, pepper, greens and sour cream. Each layer is sprinkled with spices to taste. Cover with a lid and simmer on a stove or in the oven for about 45 minutes. If that, pour a little water, so as not to burn.
