Ingredients:

  • Chicken - 1 Piece (requires a chicken weighing about 1,1-1,2 kg.)
  • Breadcrumbs - 2 Tbsp. spoons
  • Flour - 2 Glasses
  • Chili Pepper - 1 Teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 Teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 Teaspoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 Tbsp. a spoon
  • Dried Garlic - 1 Teaspoon
  • Eggs - 2 Pieces
  • Milk - 3 tbsp. spoons
  • Vegetable oil - 400 grams

How to make Crispy Chicken

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Rinse the chicken, divide it into portions, and dry well with a paper towel.

Mix all the dry ingredients: flour, chili pepper, paprika, salt, dry garlic.

Stir the dry mixture.

Combine eggs, milk, lemon juice, shake with a fork.

Pour vegetable oil into a deep frying pan, it should be quite a lot, the pan should be filled no less than on 1 / 3. Dip a piece of chicken in a dry mixture.

Then dip into the egg mixture.

Then again roll in a dry mixture, shake off excess flour. Fry when the oil is warm enough.
