Mushroom cold soup on the water is a great alternative to traditional okroshka. Who does not like dairy products, prepare mushroom soup. It is very tasty in the cold, has a bright aroma and will be loved by your family.

Ingredients:

  • Champignons - 250 Grams
  • Water - 1,5 Liters
  • Carrots - 0,5 Pieces
  • Onions - 1 Piece
  • Dill - 0,5 Bunch
  • Salt - To taste
  • Black Pepper - To taste
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. spoons

How to cook “Mushroom cold soup on the water”

Prepare the ingredients for making mushroom cold soup.

Wash the mushrooms, cut into medium sized slices and fry in oil directly in the soup pot. Fry 3-4 minutes until the mushrooms are rosy, while stirring constantly.

Dice the onion and carrot into medium cubes.

Add vegetables to the pan with mushrooms and passer all together for another 3-4 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Pour the hot water from the kettle, cook the soup for another 10 minutes over medium heat.

Pour finely chopped dill, bring to a boil and remove from the stove. Cool the soup completely.
