Scientists from the USA called these dishes “antidepressant products”. The fact is that they are sources of lactobacilli. The compound converts carbohydrates into lactic acid.

Experts conducted a study, the participants of which were asked to include in the diet dairy products, sauerkraut, and kimchi - pickled vegetables. As a result, it turned out that most people managed to get rid of the symptoms of mild depression. But in a serious condition, you need to see a doctor.

Also, the researchers emphasized that the effectiveness of "antidepressant products" was different. It depends on the individual characteristics of the organism.
