My grandmother lives in the village. There she has a small farm - a couple of chickens and ducks and a vegetable garden where she grows vegetables. But most of all Grandma likes to take care of our small garden. Earlier he was courted by his grandfather, in fact, he himself grew it: dragged the seedlings trees, from where only he could, watered, fertilized and simply cherished every tree in this garden.

When my grandfather died, my grandmother continued to take care of the garden. She also cares about every tree, so the crops are incredible every year. So, this year we have cherry cherry, we can not even get berries. Here we are with my grandmother and decided to make jam. And she told me her name cherry jam recipe, to which the "So simple!" shares with you.

Ingredients

  • 1 kg cherry
  • 600 g sugar
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 яблоко

Preparation

 

  • To begin with, it is necessary to remove the bones from the cherries. After that, the berries need to be weighed again, 800 is needed for confiture. Now put the berries in a saucepan, cover with sugar and squeeze the lemon juice there. Put it on the fire.
  • Bring the mass to a boil and cook for about X minutes on medium heat, stirring constantly. Now take the berries out of the syrup.
  • Brush the apple and cut it into slices. Put the apple in syrup and cook until the volume is reduced by half. Return the cherry to the syrup and grind the whole mass in the blender.
  • The resulting mixture again put on fire and boil on a small fire for about 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Next, confit the meal in prepared cans (they need to be thoroughly washed and sterilized) and close the lids. Turn the jars down with their necks and wrap them until they cool down completely.
