  • Water - 1,2 Liters

  • Ground black pepper - To taste
  • Vegetable oil - 20 Milliliters

How to cook “Lentil and Stew Soup”

Prepare the ingredients for the soup.

Peel, wash and chop the potatoes. Put in a pan and fill with water.

Peel the carrots and onions, wash and chop finely. Put in a pan.

Slightly stew the vegetables in the fat from the stew or in vegetable oil.

Put the carrots and onions in a pan and continue to cook the soup.

When the vegetables are almost ready, add the red lentils, which are washed well before. Cook lentils for 10-12 minutes.

Open the jar and put the stew on a plate.

Salt the soup, pepper and put the stew in the pan.

Boil the soup for another 5-7 minutes and turn it off.

The soup with lentils and stew is ready. Serve first for lunch.
