The set of ingredients is small and inexpensive, but you will definitely be satisfied with the result. A rich, aromatic and very appetizing soup will wonderfully fit into the daily menu.

Ingredients:

  • Processed cheese - 3 pieces
  • Carrots - 1 Piece
  • Potatoes - 2-3 Pieces
  • Chicken - 500 Grams
  • Water - 2 Liters
  • Salt and Spices - To taste

How to cook "Cheese Soup"

1. The ingredients that we will use.

2. Wash the chicken, put it in a saucepan and add water. Add spices for flavor (if desired, add vegetables or roots to the broth). After boiling, remove the foam, reduce the heat and simmer for about 40-45 minutes.

3. Peel potatoes, cut into cubes. Grate carrots and cheese curds.

4. Remove the finished chicken, cool slightly and cut into portions. Return it to the pan for 10 minutes before the end of cooking. Strain the broth and put in a pot of potatoes, carrots and cheese.

5. Mix thoroughly, add salt and spices, cook over medium heat 20 minutes until potatoes are ready. Before serving, you can add fresh herbs.
