Ingredients:

  • Leeks - 3 Pieces
  • Butter - 2 Tbsp. spoons
  • Broth - 4 Glasses
  • Potatoes - 1 Kilogram
  • Salt, pepper - To taste
  • Marjoram - 1 Pinch
  • Thyme - 0,5 Teaspoons
  • Bay leaf - 1 piece
  • Parsley - To taste

How to cook "Soup from potatoes and leeks"

1. First, rinse the onion well under running water to get rid of the dirt. Cut the green part and discard it.

2. Cut a thin portion of onions into thin half rings or rings.

3. In the pan, melt the butter, place the onions and fry it for about 10 minutes over medium heat.

4. Cut the potatoes finely and place them in a saucepan, pour in the broth.

5. Add the bay leaf, marjoram, thyme, a teaspoon of salt, bring to a boil and cook over low heat for about 20 minutes.

6. After the necessary time, take out the bay leaves and dip the blender with the desired consistency.

7. Add chopped greens to the pan, salt and spices to taste, cook for a couple of minutes and turn it off. Serve the soup right away.
