How to cook Turkey Fritters
Prepare all the ingredients.
Wash the turkey fillet, pat dry with a paper towel and cut into small cubes. The smaller the pieces, the better.
Add the onion, salt and spices, chopped into small cubes, to taste.
Add sour cream and eggs.
Grate cheese on a coarse grater, chop greens with a knife.
Mix well and add flour. If the dough seems a little liquidy, you can add another 1-2 tablespoon of flour.
Heat a pan with oil and spread the resulting mass with a tablespoon, giving it a rounded shape. Fry the pancakes under a closed lid over medium heat on both sides until golden brown.
