Okroshka on the broth

When you cook okroshka on a broth, you need to remember that the broth should be low-fat. Therefore, cook it from chicken or turkey. Dice potatoes and boil them in broth, not whole in peeled water. Season the finished okroshka with sour cream and serve. Otherwise, all the ingredients, as in the usual okroshka. Good luck

Ingredients:

  • Chicken - 350 Grams
  • Potatoes - 3 Pieces
  • Chicken eggs - 4 Pieces
  • Cucumber - 2-3 Pieces (fresh)
  • Green onion - 1 Bunch
  • Boiled sausage - 200 Grams
  • Greens - 10 grams (parsley, dill)
  • Salt - To taste
  • Ground black pepper - To taste

How to cook "Okroshka on the broth"

Prepare the ingredients for the okroshka.

Wash the chicken, put in a pan and pour water.

Bring to a boil, remove the foam, reduce the heat to a minimum and cook until the chicken is cooked.

Peel the potatoes, wash them, cut them into cubes. Put in a pan, pour the cooked chicken broth and cook until soft.

Hard-boiled eggs, cool, peel and finely chop. Wash and peel the cucumbers, cut into small cubes. Put eggs and cucumbers in a pan.

Add boiled potatoes and chopped green onions.

Finely chop the sausage and boiled chicken and put in okroshka.

Add chopped parsley or dill.

Pour all the ingredients with cold chicken stock. Salt and pepper to taste.

Okroshka on the broth is ready. Serve with sour cream.
