Scientists analyzed exercises that last no more than 20 minutes, including a warm-up. As a result, the researchers found that physical activity, even for such a short time, has a positive effect on human health. Such training is beneficial for normal metabolism, as well as the cardiovascular system.

WHO experts advise adults to engage in quiet sports for 150 to 300 minutes a week. In this case, you can choose an alternative and perform vigorous exercise for 75 to 100 minutes in the same period.
