Ingredients:

  • Chicken fillet - 4 Pieces (breast)
  • Olive oil - 2 tbsp. spoons
  • Seasoning for chicken - 1 tbsp. spoon (no salt)
  • Ground paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Ground black pepper - 0,5 Teaspoons
  • Curry - 0,5 Teaspoons
  • Salt - 2/3 Teaspoons
  • Thyme - 1 Teaspoon

How to cook “Chicken in the oven”

We carefully wash the fillets, clean them of films and tendons, and dry them with paper towels.

Mix all spices, except thyme, with olive oil and distribute the resulting marinade over the entire surface of the fillet. We send it to the refrigerator for 1-2 hours. You can leave it for the night.

We tie one end of the sleeve for baking, shift the pickled chicken fillet into a sleeve, sprinkle with thyme and tie the second end of the sleeve. With the needle we make a few punctures in the upper part of the sleeve.
