Thin French women sometimes stick to this diet, 10 days are enough

French dieticians have developed a diet for women and men with very high weight. Its task is to increase metabolism, burn excess fat and prevent weight gain in the future. And the duration is 10 days.

A person who is accustomed to eating improperly, moving to a healthy menu can not be given easily. Therefore, French nutritionists are advised to take also auxiliary substances, designed to facilitate the adaptation process. These include multivitamin complexes for strengthening the body, polyunsaturated omega-3 fatty acids to improve metabolism, chromium to get rid of cravings for sweets.

Basic dietary rules

  • Drink 8-9 glasses of water per day, based on 30 ml per 1 kg of weight.
  • Exclude for 10 days sugar, salt, harmful products, such as fast food, soda, mayonnaise, ketchup and others.
  • Daily for about an hour to devote to simple walking. Too full of people such physical exertion is sufficient to begin with.

We provide you with a detailed diet menu. It should be resorted to exclusively for recreational purposes for a short period. A maximum of two weeks.

Breakfast

 

  • 1 a glass of warm water with lemon juice. Drink for 30 minutes before eating.
  • 1 yogurt (2-3% fat) + 1 / 2 tsp. cinnamon.
  • 2 eggs are soft.
  • 1 / 2 grapefruit.
  • Green tea, coffee without sugar. You can drink through 30 min after eating.

 

First snack

A plate of steamed or baked vegetables with 1 tsp. olive oil.

 

  • 130-150 g animal protein or 2 egg white with one yolk.

 

Vegetables are better to choose with a low glycemic index, fill them with vegetable oil only. If there is an aversion to olive, you can replace it with ordinary sunflower.

Also, when after all meals, hunger is still felt, it is allowed to eat 30 g of curds of medium fat so as not to go to bed with a feeling of discomfort in the stomach.

Weight loss for 2 weeks - it's real. But on it you should not stop. At the end of the diet, you can stick to a similar diet menu, adding more carbohydrates in the form of cereals or whole wheat bread.
