Fruit fudge

Remember everyone's favorite taste of childhood candy sweets? It turned out that fruit fondant at home is prepared very easily. Do not need to be outstanding confectioner, to recreate the same taste.

Description of preparation:

Fondant - a universal dessert: you can eat it like candy, but you can use it as a layer in cakes or pastries. For the preparation of sweets, the finished sweet must be put in the refrigerator for full congealing (you can even use the forms), and for the interlayer, the sweet is used liquid (immediately after cooking). I propose today to prepare a fruit fondant based on cream with the addition of chocolate. The combination of lemon juice, milk chocolate, vanillin, butter and cream creates a real gastronomic tandem of unforgettable taste! With cream perfectly combines apricot, banana and peach juice, so fruit fondant can be prepared and with the addition of these juices.

Ingredients:

  • Cream - 200 Milliliters
  • Sugar - 2 Glasses
  • Butter - 2 Teaspoons
  • Lemon juice - 50 grams
  • Vanillin - To taste
  • Milk or white chocolate - 100 Grams

How to Make Fruit Fudge

1. Fondant can only be fruit, milk-fruit (as in this case) or sugar. To make a fudge for my recipe, we need cream. Pour them into a deep container and put it on the fire.

2. Bring to a boil, then pour sugar and vanillin. Cook for about 10 minutes, until the mass begins to thicken.

3. Then add butter, lemon juice and chocolate (I like milk). We cook for 15 minutes on very low heat. The main thing is that your fudge does not stick to the container. If this happens, and you do not have a container with a non-stick bottom, put it on a water bath.

4. Remove from heat and quickly beat with a mixer.

5. Then take the container, forgive it with gauze, which we pour out our thick fondant. We cover, and after complete cooling we send it to the refrigerator for full congealing.

6. In just 2 hours, fruit fudge is ready! It can be eaten instead of sweets, and if you need to pour a sweet cake or any other homemade cakes, just melt it in a water bath or in a microwave.
