Buns with dried fruits

INGREDIENTS

  • 450 g flour
  • 120 g butter
  • 100 ml cream in fat content 35%
  • 2 yolk
  • 100 ml dark beer
  • 11 g dry yeast
  • 1 tsp. mixtures of ground cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg

For filling

  • 150 g mixture of dried fruits
  • 150 g pine nuts
  • 50 g honey
  • 2 protein
  • sugar

STEP-BY-STEP PREPARATION FOR PREPARATION

Step 1

For the dough, whisk egg yolks, beer and yeast. Put in a warm place for 30 min. Oil chop with flour and spices into a crumb. Pour the warm cream and yeast mixture into the flour and knead the dough. Put it in a lubricated bowl, tighten with a film and let rise in a warm place, 1 h.

Step 2

For the filling, cut large dried fruits with pieces of the same size as raisins. Put a third of the dough in the blender, add the dried fruits and honey. Mix in pulse mode, then put in a bowl, add pine nuts; stir.

Step 3

Preheat the oven to 190 ° C. Cover two baking sheets with baking paper. Divide the dough into four parts. Roll each piece into a rectangle 3 mm thick, cut across into three pieces. Spoon the toppings in the middle, then fold the edges and pincer. Carefully pull out the bun, giving it an oblong shape. Put the buns on a baking sheet.

Step 4

Lubricate the surface of the rolls with a slightly kneaded egg-white fork and sprinkle with sugar. On top of each bun, make three oblique incisions. Bake 15-18 min.
