Pork schnitzel with cream sauce

Ingredients:

  • Pork Chops - 6 Pieces
  • Egg - 1 Piece
  • Flour - 1/4 Cup
  • Water - 1 Art. a spoon
  • Breadcrumbs - 3/4 Cup
  • Ground paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Parsley - 1 Teaspoon
  • Sour cream - 1/2 Cup
  • Dill - 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil - 3 Tbsp. spoons
  • Salt, pepper - To taste

How to cook "Pork Schnitzel with cream sauce"

1. Place each meat part in a bag in order to beat it well with a hammer.

2. Beat the meat to make chops. Season with salt and pepper.

3. In the bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, parsley and paprika. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and water with a fork.

4. Roll the meat first in flour, then in eggs, and then in breadcrumbs. Fry it on a warmed vegetable oil in a frying pan.

5. Cook the schnitzel 5 minutes from each side until cooked.

6. In the saucepan mix the flour and broth. Bring the broth to a boil, add sour cream, dill, salt and pepper to taste. Cook the sauce until it thickens, but do not let it boil, because sour cream can curdle.
Serve the pork schnitzel with cream sauce.
